Order Processing Time

Orders placed before our daily cutoff are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are usually processed the next business day.

Haven Co. Beauty orders are packed and shipped from our U.S.-based operation in California. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $49 qualify for free U.S. shipping. Orders under $49 will show available shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and available services may vary based on your delivery address and order details.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders over $49 after discounts are applied and before taxes. If your cart total falls below the free shipping threshold after a discount code is used, paid shipping options may apply.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and do not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is packed or shipped, but we may not be able to make changes once fulfillment has started.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, household members, and nearby neighbors first. Carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before final drop-off. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us with your order number so we can review the next step.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. Please keep the original packaging while we review the issue.

At this time, Haven Co. Beauty ships within the contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
