Order Processing

Orders are packed and shipped from our U.S.-based operation in California.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are usually processed the next business day.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Shipping rates may vary based on the delivery address, package weight, order details, and selected shipping method.

Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping after discounts are applied and before taxes. If your cart total falls below the free shipping threshold after a discount code is used, paid shipping options may apply.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping method is shown at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they are shipped. After your order ships, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout refer to carrier transit time after the order has shipped and do not include order processing time.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Transit time may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

You can track your package through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or directly through the carrier’s tracking page.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is packed or shipped, but we may not be able to make changes once fulfillment has started.

Carrier Availability

Available carriers and shipping services may vary by destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. We are not always able to guarantee a specific carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help before the order is packed or shipped, but we may not be able to make changes once fulfillment has started.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, household members, and nearby neighbors first. Carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before final drop-off.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us with your order number so we can review the next step.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible so we can review the issue.
