Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, hair care, and personal care products, all sales are final.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Beauty, skincare, hair care, personal care products, sale items, promotional items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is an approved order issue caused by our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible so we can review the issue.

Missing Items from Your Order

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the missing item.

We’ll review your order details and help with the next step if the issue is approved.

Refund Timing

Refunds may be issued only when an order issue is reviewed and approved by Haven Co. Beauty.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help before the order is packed or shipped, but we may not be able to make changes once fulfillment has started.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Shipping

Because all sales are final, we do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping costs.

If a return exception is approved by Haven Co. Beauty, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
