Where do you ship from?
Haven Co. Beauty orders are packed and shipped from our U.S.-based operation in California.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within same or next business day. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 will show available shipping options at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is packed or shipped, but we may not be able to make changes once fulfillment has started.

Yes. Products sold on Haven Co. Beauty are new and unused. We do not sell opened, used, or mystery-condition beauty products.

Products are sold new and unused in their original retail packaging when applicable. Packaging and seal formats can vary by brand and product type, so some items may have a box, shrink wrap, pouch seal, inner seal, or no separate safety seal depending on how the brand manufactures the item.

Returns & Order Issues
What is your return policy?
For hygiene and product safety, beauty, skincare, hair care, and personal care items are generally final sale unless there is an issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll help review it.
Can I return opened skincare or beauty products?
Opened or used skincare, beauty, hair care, and personal care products cannot be returned. This helps protect product safety and quality for all customers.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll review the issue and help with the next step.
What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received. If we made a mistake, we’ll help make it right.
Do you accept returns on final sale items?
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
My tracking says delivered, but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, and with nearby household members or neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered slightly before final drop-off. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us with your order number so we can review the next step.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your item is eligible for return, you may return it according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you prefer.
